        <p>本文聚焦新时代民办高校思想政治理论课建设，结合民办高校育人定位与思政课立德树人核心使命，针对当前存在的师资队伍不稳定、教学内容与学生需求脱 节、教学模式单一、保障体系薄弱等困境，从师资建设、内容创新、模式改革、保障强化四个层面，提出针对性突破路径，建立包含教学质量、学生认同感、育人成效的评估体系。研究旨在明确民办高校思政课建设的制约因素与优化方向，为提升民办高校思政课育人实效提供实践参考，助力民办高校培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。</p>
