        <p>Against the backdrop of educational informatization，artificial intelligence（AI）has emerged as a key driver of reform in primary school Chinese reading teaching.The 2022 Edition of the Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard explicitly advocates leveraging digital resources and technological tools to broaden reading channels and enhance students' reading competence [1].This study takes an urban primary school as the research object，examines the application effects of AI in reading teaching，analyzes practical challenges，and proposes optimization strategies，aiming to offerreferences for the high-quality integration of AI and primary school Chinese reading teaching</p>
