作深度融合，为学生工作的顺利开展提供坚强政治保证。测绘工程系辅导员坚持与学困生、心理问题学生、就业难学生牵手，实施
“帮扶计划”。将“一访二联三谈”活动与谈心谈话等组织生活制度有效融合，进行一对一帮扶指导。</p>
