        <p>摘要：脑微出血（Cerebral Microbleeds,CMBs）作为脑小血管病（CerebralSmallVesselDisease,CSVD）的重要
影像学特征之一，近年来在神经科学领域引起了广泛关注。CMBs 通常表现为含铁血黄素在血管周围间隙的沉
积，是颅内小血管破裂和红细胞漏出的结果。自发性脑出血（SpontaneousIntracerebral Hemorrhage,SICH）则是
由脑内血管破裂导致的严重疾病，其高致残率和高致死率给患者及其家庭带来了沉重的负担。本文旨在综述脑
微出血对自发性脑出血影响的研究进展。</p>
