        <p>高寒高海拔环境具有低氧、低温、低气压等特征，可通过内皮损伤、凝血因子活性下降、血小板功
能紊乱及纤溶系统失衡等途径，促使急性创伤性凝血功能障碍发生并加重病情。相关研究提示，海拔高度、血
氧饱和度下降、体温降低、代谢性酸中毒及血小板减少与 ATC 发生密切相关，且低体温与缺氧对死亡风险及凝
血障碍程度的影响更为突出。高原创伤患者常呈现凝血指标异常模式复杂、常规检测评估受限的特点，临床需
强化早期识别与动态监测，结合保温复苏、损伤控制止血、凝血支持及抗纤溶治疗，完善高原地区创伤救治体
系，以降低并发症发生率并改善预后。</p>
