        <p>本文全面且深入地探讨了《食品发酵与酿造工艺学》课程思政建设的重要意义、具体内容以及实施路径。着重阐述了通过将
思想政治教育自然且有效地融入课程教学，深度挖掘其中丰富的思政元素，譬如酿酒文化、可持续发展、酿酒的工匠精神、校企合作、
健康意识等，培养培养学生的文化自信、增强其生态文明意识、弘扬工匠精神等，进而达成知识传授与价值引领的有机统一，为培养
德才兼备的食品专业人才给予有力支撑，推动我国食品行业的可持续发展。</p>
