        <p>课程思政作为当前教育工作的重点，强调将思政教育与各类课程相融合，培养学生综合素质、价值观。为保证教学工作顺利
落实，辅导员、专业课教师需落实协同育人机制，共同承担培养学生全面发展重任，发挥两者优势，提高育人效果。对此，本文针对
辅导员与专业课教师课程思政协同育人展开分析，结合发展现状，着重探讨协同育人具体路径，拓宽协同育人渠道，促进学生全面、
健康发展，为高校思政教育工作质量提供保障。</p>
