        <p>本研究对山西省六所高校的 100 名大学英语教师进行了教学人格维度和教学反思的调查，旨在探讨教师人格与教学反思的相关性。基于调查结果，本研究发现教师人格对教学行为设计、对学生发展及对教师自身职业素养都有密切关联。因此，增强大学英语教师对自身人格的认知，发挥其积极的示范作用，才能提高大学英语教学反思的质量，促进教师职业发展。</p>
