        <p>MPCK（数学学科教学知识）是数学教师教育与专业发展的核心要素，影响到教师的个人发展与数学教育质量的高水平提升。研究针对初中数学教师 MPCK 现状和发展来源，对三线城市 45 名初中数学教师进行问卷调查，对他们的 MPCK 状况进行了探究，找出问题并给出相应的对策，旨在为三线城市初中数学教师的发展与数学教育质量提供理论依据和实践指导。</p>
