        <p>新工科背景下以食品行业对专业人才需求为切入点，食品试验设计与统计分析课程以学生为中心，注重教学设计，教学实施和教学评价创新。以科创项目和竞塞为牵引的项目式混合教学方法，通过“启蒙-训练-实战”进行层递式创新意识训练，实现教学内容与实践应用密切衔接。实行以成果为导向的过程化、多元化的课程评价考核方法。挖掘食品安全案例剖析融入课程教学之中，以实现知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造“三位一体”育人模式。</p>
