        <p>本文围绕着多样式的消防安全课进行探讨，先阐述了企业内部开展消防安全课的重要性，如有利于提高员工消防安全素质、有利于提升社会消防安全水平、有利于适应新时代的消防安全需求等，然后又提出了几点切实可行的开展措施，主要包括强化传统消防安全课程、创新消防安全课程形式、定制化消防安全课程、制定课程评估和反馈机制、持续更新消防安全课程、强化员工的参与意识和激励机制等，进而帮助员工掌握消防安全知识</p>
