        <p>新时代高职院校劳动教育评价体系面临评价指标碎片化、结果导向单一化、主体参与局限化等现实困境。基于“三全育人”理 念，通过校企家社四方联动机制、区块链技术赋能的成长档案、1+X 证书与学分银行衔接等创新实践，推动评价范式向“素养导向” 转型，促进劳动教育与产业需求的精准对接，为培养新时代“德技双修”型技术技能人才提供制度支撑。</p>
