        <p>本文基于成果导向教育（OBE）理念，探讨医学英语课程与思政教育的深度融合路径。本文通过解构 OBE 教育理念与课程思政的耦合机制，构建"三维一体"目标体系和"双螺旋"运行模型，提出从目标转化、内容重构到评价保障的系统化实施方案，为医学英语课程实现"价值塑造-知识传授-能力培养"三位一体目标提供理论框架与实践参考。</p>
