        <p>在全面推进依法治国背景下，高校行政体系面临治理范式转型的制度重构与权力重塑挑战。本文聚焦高校行政权力运行逻辑的法治演进路径，深入剖析当前行政边界模糊、决策程序失范、资源配置失衡与监督机制缺位等关键治理困境，指出上述问题已成为制约依法治校实质推进的核心阻力。在此基础上，提出以权力边界厘定、程序体系优化、资源机制重构与多元监督嵌入为抓手，推动高校行政权力结构向制度化、规范化、协同化方向转型，进而构建契合现代大学制度的法治化治理体系。</p>
