        <p>麦芽作为啤酒酿造工艺中的传统原料，是酒体的酿造的基础材料。原料的品种、组分与制麦工艺差异，对啤酒的风格具有深远影响。近年来酿酒市场的发展对国产酿造谷物的质量提出了更高的需求。本文论述了不同品种国产麦芽的组分差异与制麦工艺对麦芽的影响研究，旨在为国产麦芽的深加工和酿造产品的开发与应用提供科学依据。</p>
