        <p>高校辅导员素质能力大赛是推动队伍专业化、职业化的重要载体，正日益成为提升职业认同与专业能力的关键平台，竞赛导向下，辅导员经备赛、参赛与赛后反思，完成从知识掌握到角色认知的深度转化。大赛拓宽专业成长路径，也暴露出评价导向同岗位实际、职业发展间的脱节，围绕职业认同构建与能力提升的双重目标，构建合理机制促进大赛成果内化转化，对推动队伍高质量发展意义重要。</p>
