        <p>成果导向的教育理念的宗旨是让学生真正理解学到的知识，且能在各种生活情境中迁移、运用。这就使课堂的关键从老师转向学生，侧重点从“教师讲授的内容”变成“学生内化知识的能力”。在大学生心理健康课程中，学生可凭借多种方法技巧来维持心理健康，并学会将自己培养成一个会自我治愈、对社会担责的“完整个体”。</p>
