        <p>本文聚焦新高考背景下高中化学教师面临的挑战与应对策略。通过分析新高考政策的核心变化，探讨化学教师在教学理念更新、课程设计优化、教学方法创新、学生指导以及教学评价体系重构等方面面临的挑战。针对这些挑战，从提升教师专业素养、创新教学模式、加强个性化指导、完善评价体系等维度提出系统性应对策略，旨在为高中化学教师适应新高考改革、提升教学质量提供理论参考与实践指导，推动高中化学教育高质量发展。</p>
