        <p>在“讲好中国故事”的时代背景下，跨境电商人才的培养被赋予了文化传播的新使命。本文探讨了跨境电商课程思政与文化自信培育的融合实践。面对行业品牌化、本土化、内容化趋势及国家战略需求，本文提出了思政元素有机融入、项目驱动与情景体验教学、多维评价等实践路径，并针对当前面临的挑战，提出了建设跨界教学团队、重构课程体系等优化策略，以期为培养能主动讲述中国故事的复合型跨境电商人才提供借鉴。</p>
