        <p>文旅融合战略下，旅游文化与旅游课程思政存在内在耦合，价值上文化传承与价值引领目标契合，内容上文化素材与思政元素互嵌，功能上专业育人与德育育人互补。实践中可通过重构教学内容、创新情境化方法、搭建校企协同平台实现融合，破解二者“两张皮”问题，为培养兼具文旅素养与正确价值观的人才提供路径。</p>
