        <p>在“互联网+”背景下，烟台民办高校网络舆情呈现主体多元、内容多样、传播迅速、影响广泛等特征，对学校治理能力提出严峻挑战。本研究通过问卷调查与访谈，揭示其存在意识淡薄、监测缺失、应对失当、能力不足等问题。据此提出构建涵盖意识提升、监测预警、科学应对与评估反馈的全周期舆情治理机制，旨在推动民办高校实现从被动应对向主动治理的转型，提升现代治理水平与风险防控能力。</p>
