        <p>随着高校办学规模扩大、资源配置权力增加及资金投入增长，廉政风险问题愈发凸显，对教育公平与社会公信力造成冲击，加强高校廉政建设、构建科学的廉洁风险量化评估指标体系成为亟待解决的关键问题。本文通过划分三级指标，结合层次分析法与专家打分法确定指标权重，运用模糊综合评价模型处理评估中的模糊性与不确定性，构建了高校廉洁风险量化评估指标体系，为高校廉政建设提供更精准的指导工具。</p>
