        <p>新时代，大学生思政教育挑战重重，而大数据技术的发展为其带来了机遇。本文聚焦新时代民办高校学生个性化思政教育，深入剖析人工智能在大学生思政教育中应用的重要性，并提出个性化指导策略，提出“三阶四维+AI”育人模式。通过分析民办高校个性化思政教育现状与困境，解析学生在校园社交、在线课程等平台的行为，构建动态需求识别模型，形成“精准滴灌—动态评估—持续优化”的“三阶”运行机制，构建“评估—诊断—干预”闭环。</p>
