        <p>为破解制造业数智化转型下技工院校机械专业面临的课程滞后、师资断层、实践薄弱等挑战。本文基于“产教融合、校企协同”理念，构建“课程重构-师资赋能-平台升级-校企联动”四位一体转型框架，实施动态课程开发、双师团队建设、虚实平台搭建及数字技术协同创新，形成了可操作的机械专业数智化升级解决方案。研究表明，多元主体协同机制是突破转型瓶颈的关键，为职业院校传统专业数智化改造提供了有效实践范式。</p>
