        <p>文章聚焦富有地域色彩的“齐鲁工匠精神”，辨析其与高职机制类专业核心职业素养的内在关联，剖析当下高职教育中素养培育的现状及根源，搭建横向以“岗课赛证”四维融通、纵向以“行为-信念-思想”阶梯进升的机制类专业职业素养培育路径，并为新时期高职教育落实立德树人、达成德技并修提供可借鉴、可复制的范式。</p>
