        <p>目前外语专业在创新创业人才培养方面面临课程体系中专业教学与创新能力培养相互脱节、师资团队无创业理论支撑及实践操作经验、传统单一的教学模式抑制学生的主观能动性、评价体系过度看重学业成果却轻视创新能力测评等困境。为了破解这一困局，本文从课程、师资、教学以及评价等四大核心环节入手，探讨外语专业创新创业人才的培养模式。建议采用模块化课程结构、组建复合型教师队伍、推行项目导向的教学模式，构建多维度评价标准以提供系统性改进路径。</p>
