        <p>研究旨在探索“三创三融三学”理念驱动下护理专业人才培养模式改革与实践路径。通过创新课程体系，在护理专业课程中融入创新、创业、创意教育元素，构建多元课程模块；推进学科、产教、医教“三融”实践，打破学科壁垒，加强与产业、医疗的紧密合作；优化自主学习、合作学习、探究学习“三学”方式，培养学生多种关键学习能力；同时完善多元化评价体系并注重反馈改进。结果表明，该改革模式能有效培养具有创新精神、创业能力、创意意识，具备综合素养与学习能力的高素质护理人才，满足医疗行业对护理人才的需求，推动护理专业持续发展。</p>
