        <p>本文提出行政监督学与思政教育“监”“育”融通理念，推动专业教育与价值引领有机融合。通过挖掘课程思政资源，将政治认同、法治观念、职业道德等元素融入专业知识讲授[1]，创新教学设计，构建跨学科育人模式。研究从师资建设、教学方法与评价机制等方面提出实施策略。实践表明，该模式有助于学生在掌握专业知识的同时树立正确价值观，提升综合素养，为培养德才兼备的行政监督人才提供有效路径。</p>
