        <p>师生互动对学生的心理发展有着非常重要的作用。本文基于学生心理发展的视角，探讨了师生互动对五年制高职学生心理发展的意义，对有关师生进行了问卷调查和个别访谈，结合调查问卷和访谈的内容，总结了不同类型的师生互动对学生心理发展状况的影响，最后对五年制高职教育教学中如何优化师生互动策略进行了探讨。</p>
