        <p>产教融合是高校培养应用型人才的必经之路，本文在对高职会计“双师型”教师培养重要性分析基础上，提出了当前产教融
合下高职会计专业“双师型”教师培养面临的教学人才引进渠道狭窄、产教融合深度尚待提升、缺乏健全的激励机制、“双师型”培养
资源匮乏等困境，最后从广开引才渠道、深度推进产教融合合作、健全激励机制、拓展双师培养资源渠道等方面提出了“双师型”教
师培养的可行路径。</p>
