        <p>为解决轨道车辆配件传统加工的效率低、精度不稳等问题，本文构建云-边-端协同工业互联网支撑体系，设计机器人智能加工单元硬件与生产业务适配架构，攻克多源数据交互等三大关键技术，开展场景适配、流程重构与调度优化工作。应用验证表明，该集成模式有效改善传统加工短板，提升了生产管控水平与产品质量稳定性，适配行业精益化、智能化生产需求，具备较高工程应用与推广价值。</p>
