        <p>本文以某油田为案例，系统应用“三步法”注采系统优化技术，通过精细地层对比锁定潜力层、动静结合优化注采关系、精准补孔促见效及完善动态监测，有效解决层间矛盾与能量失衡问题，实现低效井逆袭和开发效益提升，为同类高含水油田注采优化提供实践参考。</p>
