        <p>本文围绕课前五分钟演讲展开研究，探讨其重要性、现状、支持策略及挑战对策。为解决现存问题，设计
了前期准备、中期实施、后期评估的支持策略。同时，分析了学生心理障碍、时间管理与内容深度平衡、评价体系构
建等挑战，并提出个性化指导与心理辅导、运用高效工具规划时间内容、建立多元化评价体系等应对策略。</p>
