        <p>为了培养具备教育家精神的高素质辅导员队伍，推动高职院校立德树人根本任务落地见效，文章分析了教
育家精神的核心内涵及其对辅导员素养建设的价值引领作用，研究了理想信念与政治素养、职业能力与专业素养、创
新发展与育人素养三个维度九项核心要素的内在逻辑，研究结果表明教育家精神为辅导员核心素养建设提供了系统的
理论框架与实践指引。</p>
