This paper aims to provide a cross-cultural perspective on the assessment and optimization of United Nations peacekeeping operations，offering insights for relevant research and practices. Building upon an introduction to the significance of UN peacekeeping operations，the paper explores the influence of cultural diversity and differences on peacekeeping efforts. Through an analysis of the current state of UN peacekeeping assessments，it identifies the inadequacies of the current evaluation system and underscores the methodological value and practical significance of cross-cultural assessments in UN peacekeeping operations. Finally，it proposes approaches to optimize UN peacekeeping operations from a cross-cultural perspective.
